Okay so many of you might not know that I am the football lover in the family. Sure, Kevin likes it, but I LOVE it. Especially OU Sooner football. While our last season was a little rough when our quarterback Sam Bradford hurt his shoulder and was out for the season, I must say that I still stuck by and supported our team. Sam is such an exceptional person to stick with the team through the season even though he was really leaning towards going into the pro draft this year. It has been a long few months not seeing him throw a football, but my eyes got a little treat last night. Seeing him on the news yesterday throwing passes, was pleasing to this Sooner fans eyes. It looks like his shoulder has healed well from the surgery with a completion of 49 out of 50 passes. The one pass missed was due to the receiver dropping the ball. As much as I would like him to come back to play another year for us, I totally understand wanting to play pro for a few years but would like to make my plea to him.
Dearest Sammy-
You look good in crimson and cream. It really goes well with your complexion. We miss you and want you to come back. PLEASE? Can't us OU fans persuade you to come back. Oh well, enjoy your draft to the NFL.
