Way Back Wednesday

Many of the well known blogs do Wordless Wednesday and things of the like, but I have decided that I really enjoy seeing some of our old pictures. Kevin has added a feature to the side of our computer thatwill randomly pop up pictures that are saved in our files. There are always pictures coming up and you can see little pictures rotate while you are on the computer.

This feature has been great because I will see a picture out of the corner of my eye and can remember where we were at or what we were doing. Every once in a while I will see a picture that makes me sad, or happy and the emotions will follow. Since this blog was intended for my children and family, I have decided to do a Way Back Wednesday and hopefully I can do one each and every week.

This week I want to share with you a very special picture. This is one of my favorite pictures of Abby and her grandma Leslie. Grandma was a very special person and a great grandma. She would always get the happy meal at McDonald's just so she could get a toy and give it to Abby. She was always thinking about her grand kids and would tell Kevin and I to go out on a date night just so she could play with Abby. Unfortunately Grandma Leslie was needed by God and went to Heaven almost 2 years ago. In a few days it will be exactly two years which shocks me. Some days it feels like it was just the other day and then again, it seems like it has been so long ago. We miss her very much and she will always be a part of our lives.
