Yes we were very excited for fireworks. Unfortunately mother nature was not. We had a great time swimming and cooking out at the annual Phipps 4th of July party Friday night, but woke up to rain Saturday on the 4th. The girls had very cute outfits to wear and we were able to go out to eat some yummy Mexican food on the 4th. On the 5th, we went to Pink Granny's house and had some yummy hot dogs and salads and then got to watch our fireworks.
We hope you had a fun and safe 4th to celebrate our independence.
