I had an "Oh crap!" moment

I never do it.

I say never until tonight that is.

I am sure many things are running through your head right now.

Huh, what could it be that Heather did? Well let me just tell you about my "Oh crap!" moment that I had tonight.


Abby and I usually go to church on Wednesday night by ourselves while the handsome dad is at home with the tiny girl. We have not been there for several weeks since my granny had been sick and we were both looking forward to it tonight. After our weekly trip to our favorite drink stop for drinks, we got to the church.

After being there for a while, I remember that I had a small bag of things in the van that I had been meaning to give someone in our church for weeks. Then is when it hit me.

Are you ready?

I locked my keys in the van! (Yes, I did keep you in suspense for that!)

Totally embarrassed, I had to call the handsome dad to come and unlock the van. He did so without any hesitation, but the look on his face said everything when I proclaimed that I had never done it before.

Well, at least I haven't done it in the last 3 years since we have had the van. :)
