Happy 40 weeks

*update* Apparently me and several others in the "blog world" were led into thinking that this was real. It unfortunately was not a real story and I would like to apologize for anyone that has been misled from reading my blog. Please do not stop praying for "B" whose real name is Beccah because she is a very troubled individual who needs our prayers right now more than anything in this earthly world. My heart goes out to her as she learns of the pain that she has caused other.


I am an admitted blog stalker and was sent a link to a very special young woman who chooses to remain anonymous in this wide world of blogging. She refers to herself as "B". She is a christian young woman who found herself pregnant and unmarried.

At a routine ultrasound B and the father of her baby, D, were told that their little girl has a mostly fatal genetic birth defect called Trisomy 13 and Holoprosencephaly neither which are, as her doctors have called it, compatible with life.

After numerous medical professionals have advised them to terminate the pregnancy, B and D have made the decision to continue giving life to little April Rose for however long God will give her to them. They count each day with their baby girl as a blessing from God.

B decided to name her little girl April because she knew that with the diagnosis little April has been given, she would not make it to 40 weeks and that she would be born in April.

Today is that day. Happy 40 weeks to B, D, and little April Rose.
